I don't have a bank account, but I have one of those reloadable wal mart debit cards, and I was wondering how to transfer money from my paypal account to the debit card. Also, I can't link the bank account to my pay pal account because I don't have a bank account. How do I link the debit card to my paypal account?|||Now PayPal has become much more modified. You can directly pull the money from your paypal account to your Wal Mart debit cards and shop anywhere.
