How do I get paid on my website when customer uses credit/debit card?

I recently opened an adult site online. Paypal prohibits payments from adult sites, so I have to accept credit and debit cards. I have already set the credit/debit option up on my site, so my question is, how will I receive the payments? Where will it be coming from?
