How long does PA unemployment payment take to hit your debit card?

I saw online that my first payment was issued on 9/19/09 which was Saturday. I don't have the money yet.. Does it take a few business days for the money to hit the bank or debit card? Thanks!|||There rule is ten days, i usually get mine in 11.
