What are the best banks to get debit cards from?

I wish to get a debit card but I don't know which bank to go to. I live in Richmond, Va and i would like to know a bank that has good customer service and good places to get a debit card from.|||a debit card is tied to your bank acct - all bank debit cards are basically the same - you can't spend more than is in your acct
