I dont have a bank account and only have a Visa debit card. it says i have a bank account and if i do will it take money from the bank acc or debit card. please help.|||How do you plan on funding the card??|||You can't
You have to have a bank account linked to that debit card
PayPal wants to verify that you are 18 years old and who you say you are
