How can I transfer money from my debit card to my paypal balance?

The only way that I have noticed that you can do this is if your paypal balance is negative. The debit card is linked to my paypal account.|||well if you need to pay for something you can do it easily that way as a second source. I believe it's transfer ... then you just say from card on file to paypal account... i do it all the time
