How much can I pay using debit card or check?

I am thinking of purchasing a used car. I can pay a lump sum. Instead of carrying cash around, I prefer using check or debit card. Is there an upper limit to single check or debit card payments or does it just depend on how much is on your account?|||On how much is in your account But the person selling the car will


check to be sure you have that much in the bank|||you can use you check or your check card "as long as you have the amount in your account at that time" no limit





they may want to check the account balance to make sure you do have the amount your gonna pay...
