How can I remove a debit card number from an old PayPal account?

I had an old email account that was used on ebay with my debit card number. The old email account is no longer any good. I cannot set up my new one with my debit card number. I get a message stating that my card number is assigned to another account.|||You can't == PayPal keeps records of CC numbers in order to stop fraudsters who have stolen a valid number using it to set up multiple fraudulent accounts.....





PayPal uses computers to answer emails - so you can forget that route.... you will have to phone %26amp; speak to a real person ..





It may be simpler to phone your bank report your card 'lost or stolen' and ask for anew card number ...
