How long does it take to get a claim for debit card unauthorized charges?

I had my debit card stolen and charges made. I found them in time but it's now taking more than a month. How long does it normally take?|||It may take quite a while. The thief would also have to have used your PIN, and the bank is going to want to investigate that thoroughly because that is unusual.
